Jul. 20th, 2012 07:29 pmIn addition to Kairi's Drive Forms and her D-Links, she can perform another sort of magic called Limits. These can be used while in battle and definitely work in a pinch. You can see an example here performed with Riku and then here is another one with each person they're compatible with. Additionally, you can view what the Kingdom Hearts wiki has tto say about them here.

[ Oh, no, girls! There's a huge swarm of Heartless around with seemingly no end in sight and automatically, the Keyblade is summoned in a flash of light to Kairi's side. She stands in her customary battle position and narrows her eyes. ]
Who wants to bet on someone deciding to unleash some Heartless in here to keep us busy from finding out what we came here for?
[ That is said in a huge sassy tone. Guess who has been rubbing off on her? ]

[ Every fighter needs a break once in a while, and so, Kairi has decided to take the Gummi Ship to an all too familiar town - Twilight Town, in fact! She's told Tifa and Aerith to wait for her while she went to buy three Sea-Salt ice creams for them. She returns after a short time and hands the two other ice creams to Tifa and Aerith. ]
Hope I didn't keep you guys long!

[ After some kind of warning or a message, Kairi has decided to take the Gummi Ship to Hollow Bastion and lands in the Postern. Instantly, Kairi looks around before turning to Tifa and Aerith, a serious look in her eyes. ]
You guys said Sephiroth's here somewhere, right? Or is it perhaps Loz, Kadaj and Yazoo somewhere about?

Jul. 16th, 2012 09:17 amIn the Kingdom Hearts universe, there's a magic called Dimension Links that are powered by a Wayfinder. Essentially, it's like a summon, but instead of having the person physically there, it's like they're there in spirit. You can read more about them here.
